Teenagers at bbc
Teenagers are great, aren’t they! Full of new ideas, looking for answers to all the questions buzzing in their heads…wanting to change the world…wanting to turn the world on its head…but wanting to talk music, shopping and relationships too!
At bbc, we encourage teenagers to take part in services, be it in dramas, putting together powerpoint presentations, writing prayers or leading action songs.

Sometimes they choose to go out with the older children, sometimes they stay in the services and sometimes they help out as an extra helper in the younger children’s group. We try to give teenagers choices about how they interact with church activities.

|
In particular we provide a once a month event called PIZZA PLUS which is held on a Sunday evening. This event is a fun well attended event where the teenagers participate in a discussion evening (usually with accompanying dvd) and eat pizza and ice cream!
We also hold social activities throughout the year, sometimes with the aim of raising money for a good cause, sometimes just for fun.
